It is considered an MMO because it is a video game played on the internet, and it can support a large number of players. Once you begin play, you have the option to invite friends to play with you and to keep your friends updated on your progress, by posting to your Facebook account. You will also see current players across the top of your game screen. You can interact with these players by clicking on their avatars.

The basic premise of the game revolves around the search for your father, who disappeared on an expedition to North America.The game begins at the site of his last known location. You will use this location as your base camp. You must make all your preparations before starting your quest. You chop down trees and process them, grow crops, break stones, harvest and search for treasure.

There are no directions instead; the game guides you along with little hints. You are rewarded from time to time with experience stars, coins and gems. The playing field is very intuitive, and the game becomes easier as you progress. It also seems to give more hints the deeper you go into the play.

As with many MMO games, you have the ability to earn coins and gems by performing tasks. Here you clear bushes, break up rocks, find gold and grow plants. You can use these coins and gems to buy supplies, animals, feed and even energy for your upcoming trip.If you don’t have enough virtual currency or you just don’t have the patience to earn it, you can use your real world cash to purchase the virtual coins or gems. This can certainly give you a leg up in the game and allow you to get to the actual quest part of the game sooner.

Klondike Game fits into several game categories. It’s an adventure game as you attempt to find your father. At the same time, the process of building, collecting, selling and taking care of your animals puts you firmly in the realm of sim games. Whatever you call it, Klondike Game is engrossing. You receive a daily bonus for everyday you return to the game. You will return because the game, while deceptively simple, is a lot of fun.
