Sand Castle

N-Created has released a comedic style war game entitled Sand Castle, which is sure to bring a few laughs while you battle naval fleets. At first you may be scratching your head when looking at the weapon purchasing screen, only to find weapons such as pencils, tennis balls, and bars of soap. But compared to the generic starting weapon, which is an infinite number of tiny rocks, these weapons are great.

The skill in the game Sand Castle revolves around being able to judge the trajectories and power needed to sink incoming enemy ships; however, the enemy boats move so your strategy has to adjust accordingly. Firing the tiny rocks is pretty easy as they are either hit or miss. But when using the special weapons it’s quite different as they are fired from different angles, they may bounce off one enemy and hit another or other factors that change the angle.

Overall though, Sand Castle is a fairly fun game. I wouldn’t say from my experience that the replay is huge, although it’s a good amount of fun the first time around.
