Transcripted

Transcripted, a highly challenging skill game, is one of the latest games developed and produced at the French owned Alkemi games.com.

Transcripted, developed by Alain Puget, is described as an experimental biological match three game. However, play is reminiscent of a fast paced cross between popular ‘80s games Tetris and Asteroids Deluxe.
The object of the futuristic-style game Transcripted is to destroy floating asteroids, described as biological agents, by shooting them with one of two primary weapons. After destroying the floating agents, various colored cubes are left behind to be picked up by the player.

The player may pick up individual cubes one at-a-time and fire them at a floating string of cubes located at the top of the playing screen. The floating strings of cubes are referred to as DNA strings and the object is to create stings of three or more DNA cubes. While carrying DNA cubes, the player is invulnerable to power loss from contact with biological agents. Creating DNA strands and not being destroyed, within the allotted two minute play time, increases the players overall score. To successfully complete a level, the player must fill a level completion gauge within the allotted playing time. The play difficulty level increases with each successive round.
